By accessing and using ZeroXHost, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Service Usage

Our services must only be used for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using our infrastructure for hosting illegal content, performing DDoS attacks, or any other activity that violates international or local laws.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ZeroXHost will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Payments and Billing

All services are billed on a subscription basis. You agree to provide accurate billing information. Failure to pay on time may result in immediate suspension of services.

5. Resource Abuse

We reserve the right to suspend any service that is found to be abusing shared resources (CPU, RAM, Network) to the detriment of other users on the same node.
